About Ergonomics
Ergonomics is a scientific discipline that seeks to improve how people interact with their environment, with the goals of enhancing safety, efficiency, and worker performance and satisfaction. There are three principal subsets of ergonomics: physical, cognitive, and macroergonomics (also known as organizational ergonomics). Amanda’s practice is focused primarily on physical and macroergonomics.
