Aston® Kinetics Services
(Available in-person or virtually)
Private Sessions - In-person
Sessions range from 60-120 minutes. Most sessions include postural, movement, and muscle tension analysis, coupled with targeted hands-on bodywork, movement coaching, and Aston-focused ergonomic education.
Aston ergonomics education is focused on improving your understanding of how to use your body and orient equipment within a given environment. It is not a substitution for a traditional ergonomics assessment. Please contact us if you are unsure of what services match your needs.
Please note: Amanda is not currently accepting new Aston bodywork/massage clients.
Private Sessions - Virtual
Some types of sessions function very well in a virtual format. Examples include sessions where you and Amanda examine how you use your body in specific environments or activities (e.g., office, musical performance), or where you focus on your posture or patterns of movement. Most virtual sessions span 45 to 60 minutes depending upon your session goals.
Preparation: You will usually be asked to provide some pictures and/or videos before the session so that Amanda can properly prepare for your virtual session.
Master Classes or Group Workshops
Aston Kinetics’ teachings in ergonomics, posture, and releasing tension through movement translate well to larger class settings. Workshops can be geared towards most any population, including office workers, educators, public speakers, and members of the public who just want to move with greater ease.
